I just found a series of Flash-based interactive online tutorials which explains concepts within all of the current GoogleApps (note the tutorials available from the links on the left navigation bar):

I am an Ed Tech doctorate student at the University of Delaware. I just returned to the University after a four year "break", and during my summer course I was introduced to the EPortfolio process. I found your page very informative and helpful. I have to begin a web EPortfolio for my summer class and I will be rereading your current posts and checking back with you frequently for advice.
