Discussion: Presentation/Showcase Portfolios
Selection/Presentation - organizing work thematically - creating a rational for meeting a specific portfolio purpose - (retrospective reflection and setting new learning goals) - student-led conferences, student self-assessment
Discussion #1: what are the elements of this part of the selection/presentation/showcase process? When is it appropriate for students to develop an organized presentation of their work? What is the teacher's role in this process?
